Preparing Form 145
Where do I create Parts A, C and D of Form 145?
Each Part has its own list and New Filing action. The Form 145 capacity is shared across its Parts.
Navigation: Open Forms 145/146 → Forms Dashboard → 145 Part A / 145 Part C / 145 Part D → New Filing
How to do it
- Select the organisation on Forms Dashboard.
- Open the relevant Form 145 - Part A, Part C or Part D card, or its matching sidebar entry.
- Click New Filing in that list and check the editor heading.
- For Part C, prepare the filed Form 146 acknowledgement before using its Fetch & Input section; Parts A/D have their own remitter-based editors.
What to expect
The record is prepared under the selected Part rather than one universal Form 145 screen.
Important details
- Choose the legally applicable Part using your professional assessment; a route card is not a tax opinion.
- Form 146 is a separate form list and credit balance; a Part C certificate link does not turn it into the same record.
