Lists, reports and record management
What should I check before deleting a form?
Deleting a form is not always local-only: list flows can also delete a linked portal draft.
Navigation: Open Forms 145/146 → Forms Dashboard → relevant form list → select draft(s) → Delete selected
How to do it
- Verify the selected Form IDs and that deletion is allowed for their status; the Form 146 batch handler rejects non-drafts.
- Read the confirmation carefully. Form 146 explicitly warns that synced drafts will also be removed from the IT Portal.
- Use the correct connected account when a linked portal draft must be deleted first.
- Inspect per-item results; a portal error or draft-not-found outcome can preserve/skip the local record for verification.
What to expect
Only successfully completed permitted deletions remove the corresponding local records; external-draft handling can be part of that operation.
Important details
- Use Withdraw for a submitted filing, not Delete selected.
- Review evidence and recovery requirements before deletion. Archiving is a different action when you only want to hide a record.
