Portal, signing and output
How do I submit a prepared form with DSC?
Create the portal draft first, then choose the DSC token and certificate for final signing.
Navigation: Open Forms 145/146 → Forms Dashboard → form editor → Save Draft to Portal → Submit with DSC
How to do it
- Complete and review the local form, then run Save Draft to Portal and confirm that a portal draft reference exists.
- Connect the DSC token and ensure the required local signing integration is available.
- Click Submit with DSC, choose Select DSC Token and Select Certificate, and enter Token Password / PIN.
- Run the signing action and wait for the final result; verify the saved Submitted status and acknowledgement.
- For a batch, use the list's Submit with DSC action on the intended prepared records and inspect each item result.
What to expect
A successful signing/submission result is recorded for the form. A prepared portal draft alone is not final submission.
Important details
- The editor explicitly asks you to save to the portal first if no portal draft exists.
- A token PIN is entered in the signing dialog, never in a public support message. Investigate uncertain outcomes before signing the same transaction again.
