How do I avoid buying credits for the wrong organisation?
The Forms 145/146 Buy Credits control uses the current forms-organisation context.
Navigation: Open Forms 145/146 → Forms Dashboard → select organisation → Buy Credits
How to do it
- Select the intended organisation in the Forms workspace and verify the header name.
- Click Buy Credits from the top bar.
- Review the product/quantity, price and order details in the checkout before paying.
- Return to the same organisation and check its balance; if a paid order is not reflected, contact support with its reference.
What to expect
The purchase uses the selected Forms 145/146 organisation context rather than an unrelated tool's organisation.
Important details
- Do not start repeated payments when an earlier payment is still pending.
- Purchasing form credits is separate from accepting document-storage terms or buying Microsoft 365 capacity.
