Are document storage, form credits and AI credits the same thing?
These measure different resources: form capacity/JSON processing, supporting-document storage and optional AI usage.
Navigation: Open Forms 145/146 → Forms Dashboard → top-bar credits; Settings → Usage; Vidhi AI
How to do it
- Read Form 145/146 balances for filing-workspace capacity.
- For activated WrapTax Storage, open Settings → Usage for bytes used/allocated.
- Read Vidhi AI's own plan/usage or confirmation when using the assistant.
- Match an error to the relevant resource before purchasing or requesting an increase.
What to expect
A storage request does not add form slots, and a form purchase does not guarantee an unlimited AI or Microsoft allocation.
Important details
- Eligible paid form purchases can qualify for additional WrapTax storage through its review mechanism.
- SharePoint uses Microsoft storage, while WrapTax per-file/category limits still apply.
