Where can I prepare remittee address fields for bulk filing?
Address preparation is a separate file-mapping/detection tool, available only when enabled for the organisation.
Navigation: Open Forms 145/146 → Forms Dashboard → form-list header → Prepare remittee addresses icon
How to do it
- Open a supported form list and click the location icon with tooltip Prepare remittee addresses for bulk filing.
- Choose the source file and worksheet as offered, then map Select address columns (multiple).
- Choose an optional existing/default country and click Detect address fields.
- Review detected rows, including Review/Blocked statuses and repeated/truncated values; use Review detected fields to correct them.
- Use Export prepared file and map its reviewed values into the intended bulk workbook.
What to expect
The tool prepares address output fields; it does not submit a form or update every existing remittee automatically.
Important details
- If the icon is absent, the organisation's address-preparation feature may not be enabled.
- Review the original address against every generated row before filing.
