Where do I get the current Excel bulk template?
Use the template for the selected form type; Part C and multi-remitter Form 146 have their own template paths.
Navigation: Open Forms 145/146 → Forms Dashboard → Form 146 List / 145 Part A / 145 Part D → Download Template
How to do it
- Open the required form list and use its Download Template control (the Excel icon with the template filename tooltip).
- In Bulk Upload, Select Excel also offers Download Fresh Microsoft Excel Template.
- For Form 146 Multiple Remitters, download Download Multi-Remitter Template from that mode instead of reusing a single-remitter workbook.
- For Part C static JSON, open 145 Part C → Bulk Import and download its separate static-profile and Part C Excel templates.
What to expect
You have a workbook whose expected structure matches the selected workflow.
Important details
- Do not interchange the static-profile workbook, the transaction workbook and the multi-remitter template.
- Export Excel → Bulk upload template is a separate pre-filled export of existing records, not a blank-template download.
