Bulk workflows

How should I prepare an Excel file for bulk import?

Use the downloaded workbook's instructions and preserve the required sheets/columns, rather than assuming every import is a flat one-sheet file.

Navigation: Open Forms 145/146 → Forms Dashboard → relevant list → Bulk Upload → Select Excel

How to do it

  1. Download the fresh template for the form/mode and fill its transaction fields, dropdown values and any required linked rows/sheets.
  2. Preserve identifiers and leading zeros; inspect how Excel has stored dates and amounts.
  3. In Bulk Upload, complete Portal Config or the static profile first, then choose the completed workbook in Select Excel.
  4. Click Preview Mapped Data and review the mapped rows and validation errors before starting processing.

What to expect

The wizard checks/maps the workbook before it creates local drafts or generates a JSON ZIP.

Important details

  • A static-profile file supplies shared identity/verification fields; it is not a substitute for the transaction workbook.
  • Correct the workbook and choose another file when mapping fails. A workbook opening in Excel is not proof of filing validity.
